Yes. UI/UX design, branding and illustration are all in-house. Because our designers sit with our developers, what gets designed is realistic to build, which avoids the common problem of a beautiful mockup that falls apart in development.
Yes: SEO, answer engine optimisation, generative engine optimisation and social media management and ads. Having the team that built your software also handle its visibility keeps the whole thing coherent.
Yes, both ways. We build custom ERP and CRM systems when your processes are specific enough to justify it, and we implement and customise established platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Salesforce and HubSpot when one of those fits better. We assess which path suits you without bias toward either.

What we can tell you is that focused first versions typically start in the low tens of thousands of euro or dollars, and larger platforms scale from there. After discovery you get a fixed scope, timeline and price before you commit to anything.
Both, depending on what suits the project. Fixed price works well when scope is clear and gives you budget certainty. Ongoing monthly arrangements work better for products that evolve continuously. We will recommend which fits your situation.
No. The first consultation is free, and that includes telling you honestly if we think your project does not need us or would be better served by an off-the-shelf tool.
Typically hosting, any third-party services your software uses, and maintenance if you want us to provide it. For AI projects there are also model running costs, which we estimate during feasibility so there are no surprises. We will map these out for you before you commit, not after.
Yes, and often you should. A proof of concept or focused first version lets you test the idea with real users and real data before investing in the full vision. It is the lowest-risk way to work with a new agency.
Yes, completely. You receive the full codebase, the documentation and infrastructure access, and you are free to host it, extend it, or take it to another team. We build things you could walk away with, which means we have to stay good enough that you do not want to.
No. Maintenance is available because software needs upkeep, not because you are trapped. Everything is documented so another team could pick it up.
We treat client data as confidential and design systems with security as a requirement rather than an upgrade: proper authentication, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, and regular dependency updates. We sign NDAs where you need one.
No. For AI projects we architect systems so your data stays yours, and we select providers and configurations that do not train on your inputs. Where requirements are strict, we can deploy models privately so data never leaves your environment.
As an Irish-registered company, GDPR is our default operating framework rather than an add-on. For projects handling personal data we map what the system touches, where it flows and what the retention rules are, and that becomes part of the architecture from the start.
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance covering updates, fixes, security patches, performance and new features. Software is not finished at launch, particularly mobile apps, which need attention every time the operating systems update.
Support arrangements include agreed response times. For systems we host and monitor, we usually know about problems before you do.
