Three different purchases, often confused, so here is the plain version. A website presents information; if that is the need, our web development team builds it on the right platform for far less than custom development. An off-the-shelf tool makes sense when your workflow is common and a subscription product already fits; we will say so when it does. A custom web app earns its cost when the workflow is yours alone, when the tool must integrate deeply with your systems, when per-seat subscription pricing would scale painfully, or when the product itself is the business. Getting this decision right is worth more than any discount, and it is the first thing we help you settle honestly.

Plenty of agencies ship something that works on launch day and becomes unmanageable within a year. The pattern is always the same: no tests, no documentation, exotic stack choices, and a team that vanished. We build the opposite way: stable, widely supported frameworks, automated tests around the parts that matter, documentation as we go, and architecture a new developer can navigate. You own the full codebase, and it stays healthy whether we maintain it or your own team does. The best proof of confidence an agency can offer is code the client could walk away with.

Industry-wide, focused internal tools and portals typically start around the low tens of thousands of euro or dollars. SaaS platforms with billing, multi-tenancy and admin tooling run higher, and complex products higher again. Beyond the build, budget for hosting and maintenance; a well-architected app keeps those modest. Custom software is an investment case, not a price tag: the question is what the manual work, the subscription stack or the lost deals currently cost you per year. We help you make that comparison honestly during discovery, and if the numbers do not justify a custom build, we will tell you before you spend, not after.

Business software holds business data, so security is not an upgrade tier. Every build includes proper authentication, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, input validation, dependency updates and backups. As an Irish-registered company, we design for GDPR by default: data residency, retention and the rights of your users are architecture questions we settle at the start.
