A brand people recognise and remember

Your brand is what people think and feel about your business before they ever speak to you. It is your logo, your colours, your typography, the way you write, and above all the consistency that ties them together. We create brand identities that are clear, distinctive and built to work everywhere you actually appear, from your website and app to your invoices, your social profiles and your van. Whether you are starting from nothing or refreshing something that no longer fits, we help you look the way you want to be understood.

A brand people recognise and remember
Who we build for

Who this is for

New businesses getting their identity right at the start, which is considerably cheaper than correcting it later once it is on everything.

Businesses that have grown past their original identity, often designed quickly and cheaply at the beginning and now working against how good the business actually is.

Companies entering new markets, where an identity that worked locally needs to travel.

Businesses that look inconsistent, using slightly different logos, colours and tones in different places, which quietly signals disorganisation.

Companies after a change, such as a merger, a new direction or a shift in what they sell, where the identity no longer matches reality.

Straight talk

Rebrand or refresh, consistency, and cost

The three questions that decide a branding project.

01

Rebrand, refresh, or leave it alone?

Three honest options, and the most expensive one is not always right.

Leave it alone if your brand is recognised, consistent and does not misrepresent you. Changing a working brand throws away recognition you have paid for in time and money. Boredom on your side is not a reason; you see your brand far more than your customers do.

Refresh when the fundamentals work but the execution has aged, or when you have grown and the identity feels small. A refresh keeps what people recognise and modernises the rest. For most established businesses this is the right answer.

Rebrand fully when the identity actively misrepresents what you now do, when you are entering a genuinely different market, or after a merger or major change. It is the most expensive and disruptive path and should be a decision rather than a default.

We will tell you which of the three we think applies, including when that means we take a smaller project.

02

Consistency is what actually builds a brand

A strong brand is not a clever logo. It is the same confident identity appearing everywhere a customer meets you, over and over, until it becomes familiar. That repetition is what creates recognition and, eventually, trust.

This is why we deliver identities as systems with clear rules rather than as a single file. A logo alone gets used inconsistently within weeks: wrong colours, stretched proportions, three different fonts, five slightly different versions circulating on staff laptops. Guidelines, correct file formats and ready-made templates prevent all of that, and they matter more the more people touch your brand.

03

What branding costs, honestly

Industry ranges rather than our quotes. A logo with basic usage rules typically sits in the low thousands. A full identity including strategy, logo, complete visual system, voice and guidelines runs considerably higher, with the range widening according to how much strategy and how many assets are involved. A refresh usually costs less than a full rebrand because much of the thinking already exists. Rebranding also carries costs beyond design, including signage, print, packaging and updating every profile and platform, and those should be in the budget from the start rather than discovered afterwards. We scope to what you actually need and will say when a smaller piece of work is enough.

Why us

Why Raydiant Webs for branding

We design brands for where they will actually live. Most identities today are seen on screens first, in a browser tab, a social avatar, an app icon or a search result, and a brand that only works on a printed page is a brand designed for the wrong decade. Because we build websites and software, we know exactly how an identity behaves in those contexts and we design accordingly. Because we run marketing services, we build brands that perform where visibility is won. And everything we produce is original work, so you are not inheriting the legal exposure that comes with borrowed or templated design.

Branding FAQ

Yes, unless a logo is genuinely all you need. A logo without colour rules, typography and guidelines gets used inconsistently and stops working quickly. We deliver identity as a system.

A logo and basic identity is typically a few weeks. A full identity with strategy and guidelines takes longer. Timelines depend mostly on how quickly feedback comes back.

Yes. We design for both and supply print-ready formats alongside digital assets, including single-colour versions for the situations that need them.

Yes, and for established businesses this is often the right call. A refresh keeps the equity you have built and updates what has aged.

Then we keep it and build the rest of the identity around it. Plenty of businesses have a decent logo and nothing else, which is exactly the gap that causes inconsistency.

Yes. How you sound is part of your brand, and a consistent voice makes everything you publish feel like it comes from the same organisation.

Completely. You receive full ownership, working files and every asset format, and you can use them however you like.
